Description Microsatellite data in Excel file. Locus names are in the first row. Alleles are in separate columns. Allele sizes are the sizes of the raw PCR products. Question marks (?) indicate missing data. Specimens are in first column with letters identifying population and numbers identifying specimens. Population codes are as follows: JimA is the anadromous population in Jim Lake, MudA is the anadromous population in Mud Lake, RS is Rabbit Slough, JimR is the resident population in Jim Lake, MudR is the resident population in Mud Lake, MudR03 is the resident population from Mud Lake collected in 2003, Gull is Gull Lake, MDCrk is Meadow Creek, Was is Wasilla Lake, and Tern is Tern Lake.

Description Individual assignment results from the STRUCTURE analysis performed on all samples and the analysis performed using only the Jim Creek drainage anadromous and resident samples based on genetic data only. Numbers are individual q values for membership in each cluster across ten independent simulations pooled in CLUMPP. %M is the percentage of microsatellite data missing for each individual. An is the anadromous cluster, JRes is the Jim Creek drainage resident cluster, MatSu is the Mat-Su Valley cluster, and Kenai is the Kenai cluster. An2 and JRes2 are the anadromous and Jim Creek drainage resident clusters in the analysis that included only the Jim Creek drainage populations.
