Description These data were derived from an infant Tuberculosis disease vaccine trial conducted near Cape Town in South Africa, sub-Saharan Africa. We included diagnostic data that enabled us to evaluate diagnostic accuracy of Xpert MTB/RIF in induced sputum as compared to gastric lavage.
