Description Data are the results from sex identification primers 1237L/1272H (Kahn et al. 1998) and 2550F/2718R (Fridolfsson & Ellegren 1999) for greater sage-grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus) fecal pellets collected at 9 time periods (day of deposition, 2, 4, 6, 8, 15, 23, 34, and 124 days post deposition).
