Description Microsatellite genotype data for queens, kings, neotenics, workers, soldiers, alates and nymphs. Qi (and respectively Ki) indicate that the genotype of the primary queen (respectively primary king) was inferred from nestmate individuals and the collected primary king (respectively primary queen). Qii and Kii indicate that genotypes of both primary reproductives were inferred from nestmate individuals. Inferences were obtained using the maximum likelihood method implemented in the program Colony 2.0.5. f and m indicate female and male individuals, respectively.
