Title Traits and characteristics of fish
Downloaded 2 times
Description This table present the traits (sex, body size, weight, origin, ID, offspring number) and experimental treatment of brown trout spawners used for the experiment described in the associated reference. The experimental treatment is flow manipulation (constant versus stochastic), and fish originate from two rivers (Bastan, France, and Urumea, Spain).

Title Mating success matrices
Downloaded 3 times
Description This parental table describes mating success between pairs of possible parents in each of the two experimental treatment (constant versus stochastic flow). The mating success is either equal to zero if no offspring were found, or equal to one if at least one offspring was found. The number of offspring was assigned to parental pairs using genetic assignation.

Title Reproductive success matrices.
Downloaded 3 times
Description This table describes the number of offspring produced by possible parental pairs in each of the experimental treatment (constant versus stochastic flow). The number of offspring was estimated using genetic assignation based on microsatellite markers (see associated reference).
