Description Data generated by genotyping of 13 different AFLP primer combinations. Matrix holds data, as used for analyses, after data refinement procedures. Rows represent different specimens. 1st column indicates species, 2nd column an individual ID. Following columns hold dominant binary data for 1030 polymorphic loci. Letters in loci names correspond to the three selective nucleotides of selective primers on the EcoRI and MseI site and numbers to the size of respective fragments. "?" indicates missing data.
