Description Microsatellite genotypes of Daphnia sinensis (6 loci), from 12 reservoirs and natural water bodies, including missing genotype values. Clonal richness and diversity in the paper were calculated on the basis of complete multilocus genotypes only. Genotypes are coded per locus as two consecutive three digit alleles.
