SI.pdf Supplemental information for publication incluing derivation of environmental covariates.
table_field_descriptions.txt Tab-delimited table describing fields in data tables.
master_data.csv Table of all variables derived during project, many of which are not used in final analyses. Each row contains information for one plot.
model_data.csv Table of variables used in analysis. Each row contains values for one plot.
trans_data.csv Same as model_data, except some variables have been transformed to reduce skew. See SI.pdf.
working_data.csv Same as trans_data, but predictor variables have been standardized to have mean 0 and variance 1. See SI.pdf.
model_fit_plots.csv A list of plot IDs for plots used in initial model fitting.
model_test_plots.csv A list of plot IDs for plots used in final model fitting. Results in paper are based on these plots.
predictors.csv A table classifying environmental predictor variablse used in models based on type, scale, and mode.
