Description Panel A shows the distribution of UHDRS total motor scores across groups. Panel B illustrates the impact of age on total motor score. The plot was derived from a mixed linear model with age and group as predictor variables for total motor scores > 0. Age was a significant predictor of total motor score, t (82) = -2.7, p = 0.008, but not group, t (60) = -0.08, p = 0.93. GE = Gene expanded; GNE = gene-non-expanded.
