FMRI Raw Data Information Uncompressing each to the *.zip files will produce the following directory structure: Relaxometry --------Subject ID -----------------T1 -----------------T2 Auditory --------Experiment Name (Bach, Noise-1000Hz, Noise-3000Hz) ----------------- Subject ID -------------------------anat -------------------------Expanded_func -------------------------func Visual --------Experiment Name (Geern_2,5,8Hz, Red_2,5,8Hz) ----------------- Subject ID -------------------------anat -------------------------Expanded_func -------------------------func Localizer --------Visual ----------------- Subject_ID -------------------------anat -------------------------Expanded_func -------------------------func --------Auditory ----------------- Subject_ID -------------------------anat -------------------------Expanded_func -------------------------func reference -------- reference space for group analysis -anat directory contains stractural data for each subject. -func directory contains fMRI data (.nii.gz) and task information (Stim_on.txt, stim_off.txt) -Expanded_func directory contain the whole brain data at teh same position of functional MRI data which used to have correct registeration. Files with names matching the regular expression [0-9]{2}_t1_mprage_sag_ns_tilt_225 contain the structural MPRAGE scan Files with names matching the regular expression [0-9]{2}_ep2d_bold_MGS_230 contain the the functional runs. Ordering these files in ascending order using the first two digits will correspond to ordering them as Run1, Run2, Run3. (see FMRI task timing XLS spreadsheet for more information)
