Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Field teams visited the selected households provided by the ArcGIS software and online maps obtained from Google earth to define equal size clusters within the Carabayllo disctric, and all household members were invited to participate in the study, and all those who gave their consent were surveyed. 2. Methods for processing the data: Age range was created substracting sample collection date minus date of birth and then grouped according Ministry of Health of Peru. The variable weights was created to ensure the age and sex distribution of the study participants matched the population of Carabayllo. Symptoms3cat reflects whether a person had any of the following symptoms: cough, sore throat, fever, nasal congestion, breathing difficulty, general discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. It could be within 9 months or currently have any of those. This variable was recategorized into 2 categories and named anysmymptoms where had or have symptoms was condensed in symptomatic category. 3.
