DESCRIPTION: Raw Images of left forelegs of female Drosophila melanogaster with varying Wolbachia-infection status (infected and non-infected with Wolbachia variants wMel and wMelCS) that were maintained at three developmental temperatures (20°C, 24°C and 28°). The image "Scale.jpg" contains a µm-scale to convert pixels to µm lengths. IMAGE NAMING SCHEME: Each image name is composed of the number X of vial the flies were propagated in and the number Y of the individual within a given vial X (i.e., X_Y.jpg). X and Y correspond to the columns "Vial" and "Individual" in the corresponding data table (DataTable.txt). This table contains further information on the corresponding developmental temperature ("Temp"), the Wolbachia genotype ("Genotype") and wether the flies were cured from Wolbachia infections ("AB"; GFR means that the flies were antibiotica treated and the gut flora was restored). In addition, this table contains measurements of tibia (1x) and femur (3x repeated) in pixels.
