Open accompanying excel file to search gene of interest, and determine mouse genotype and phenotype. Use included file name header to locate corresponding H&E (HE) images within archives provided. Files are split into 4 archive (.rar) packages. Package 1 contains numerical genotype file names along with names from A-D inclusive. Package 2 contains genotype file names from E-N inclusive. Package 3 contains genotype file names from O-S inclusive. Package 4 contains genotype file names from T-Z inclusive (and includes all Wild type animals). File names include approx. magnification. Files marked with a P in last (or second last position when multiple files are available) are mice with flagged histopathology phenotypes and associated MP terms. Files marked with a N in last (or second last position when multiple files are available) are mice with normal phenotypes. contact: ian.smyth@monash.edu Method Details: Haematoxylin and Eosin (HE) stained adult mouse skin paraffin tissue sections from 44 Wildtype animals and 514 mutant animals (from 512 strains) generated by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute underwent blinded assessment by an expert pathologist. Abnormalities were then re-classified into MP terms. For an abnormality to be scored as positive, presentation had to be multi-focal or diffuse, thus rare focal events were eliminated and considered part of the normal spectrum.
