This zip file contains the following csv and TextGrid files for the spatial localization and analysis of great reed warblers using microphone arrays and HARKBird. localized.csv The results of the spatial localization of great reed warblers using three microphone arrays. The data was created by using Python scripts. Each column represents the data of each localization. Each row represents: session: session number m1, m2, m3: the ID of the localized sound source by the mic 1, 2 and 3 sec: the begin timing (seconds) of the localization from the begining of the session 1 (6:00am) duration: the duration of the localization x, y: x and y coordinates of the localized position (JGD2000 / Japan Plane Rectangular CS VII) closest: the id of the closest microphone from the localized position closest_sid: the id of the sound source localized by this closest microphone closest_begin: the begin timing of the localization of this sound source localized by the closest microphone closest_duration: the duration of the localization of this sound source localized by the closest microphone doa.csv The results of the DOA estimation of sound sources. The data was created by using HARKBird and Python scripts. Each colomn represents the data of each DOA estimation of a sound source by a single microphone array. Each row represents: session: session number microphone: the ID of the microphone id: the id of the sound source localized by this microphone begin_sec: the begin timing (seconds) of the localization from the begining of each session. begin_deg: the degree of arrival of the sound source at this begin timing end_sec: the end timing (seconds) of the localization from the begining of each session. end_deg: the degree of arrival of the sound source at this end timing duration: the duration of this sound source observed.csv The song timing of individuals observed by human observers. Each column represents each observed duration during which an individual was singing. Each row represents: no: the serial number of the observation session: session number birdid: ID of the observed individual begin: begin time of the observation end: begin time of the observation duration: duration of the observation x, y: x and y coordinates of the observed position (JGD2000 / Japan Plane Rectangular CS VII) s[7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17].TextGrid The annotation data of the song timing of the two (RYB and RGY in the session 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) or three (RYB, RGY and OTH in the session 17) individuals of great reed warblers. The data is created using Praat (Paul Boersma & David Weenink (2013): Praat: doing phonetics by computer [Computer program]. http://www.praat.org/) Each tier corresponds to each individual, and each interval with a text represents the duration during which the focal individual sang a song. mic_position.csv The x and y coordinates of the microphone arrays (JGD2000 / Japan Plane Rectangular CS VII)
