"Griffiths2013LengthMass2011ChignikLake.txt":Length and mass for juvenile sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) collected in 2010 in Chignik Lake, AK. Data Collection: Data were collected by Jennifer R. Griffths (jeng@uw.edu). Juvenile sockeye salmon were sampled via townet. Fork length measured to nearest mm and mass if taken to nearest 0.1g. Caudal fin clipped and put on filter paper for later genetic analysis. Genotyping methods are detailed in the article. Data information: Genotype files: Column descriptions: "Pedigree"= Species letter (S= Sockeye), Lake Abbreviation, 2-digit Year "Individual Name" = Pedigree_SampleNumber. Sample Number corresponds to Length Weight data Columns 3-97 are SNP loci. These loci are from the 96 marker dataset compiled by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game for sockeye salmon (Dann et al. 2012). Base calls are numeric (1,2,3,4) with both alleles included within a single column. A 0 indicates that the individual was not genotyped at that locus. See paper methodology for which loci included in the final analyses. Length-Mass files: Column descriptions: StationName: Lake and Tow set number; In Chignik Lake Tow 1 & 2 = North and Tow 3,4,5 = South. DateSampled: yyyy/mm/dd Species: common name Length: unit=mm Mass: unit=g Genetics: individual sample number if taken. If sample genotyped, the individual sample number will be found in the genotypes file for that year
