Data for 'Predicting evolutionary responses to selection on polyandry in the wild: additive genetic covariances with female extra-pair reproduction' Proceedings of the Royal Society B, 2012 This file contains the non-zero elements of the inverted A (relationship) matrix data for the animal model analysis of genetic covariance between female annual reproductive success (ARS) and liability to produce an extra-pair offspring rather than a within-pair offspring (EPRl). These data come from the long-term song sparrow field study on Mandarte Island, BC, Canada. The data provided here are sufficient to replicate the analyses presented in the above paper, and are therefore a restricted subset of the full Mandarte dataset.
