INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION There is one file included. Format: tab-delimited textfile Description: Individual sample locations, phenotypes, and genotypes COLUMN HEADINGS Species: The Latin binomial species name for each individual. Population: The name of the colony that each individual was collected at. Latitude: The approximate latitudinal location of the colony. Longitude: The approximate longitudinal location of the colony Individual: A unique individual identifier. Enol1: This column, and the next, give the alpha-enolase genotype. Refer to Genbank Accessions JF748049-JF748056 for the sequences of these haplotypes. Enol2: Fib1: This column, and the next, give the beta-fibrinogen genotype. Refer to Genbank Accessions JF748057-JF748064 for the sequences of these haplotypes. Fib2: OD1: This column, and the next, give the ornithine decarboxylase genotype. Refer to Genbank Accessions JF748040-JF748048 for the sequences of these haplotypes. OD2: Last 16 columns These columns give each individuals multilocus microsatellite genotype. Column headings are the microsatellite names, as given in the text of our manuscript. Genotypes are given in total length of the amplification product. All loci were dinucleotide repeats. Some individuals were not genotyped at intron loci. Missing data for these individuals is indicated by "-9".
