The loci are listed at the first line. There are total of 7 loci: loc1, loc2, loc3, loc4, loc5, loc6, and loc7. The second line is the FORTRAN statement The remaining lines are genotypic data. One individual genotype is presented per line. The first column represent the alphanumeric identifier (number 1-20) of the family (progeny array). The next 7 columns (column 2 through 8) represent alleles expressed as the number of microsatellite repeats for every locus, there are 4 alleles in each locus, every allele is coded as two-integer number. Individuals are grouped by family and the first individual in each family is the genotype for the maternal plant. The other individuals are the progeny. The order of loci in the columns corresponds to the order of loci in the first line.
