Abstract
This dataset included: (i) Modeled hourly biogenic isoprene emissions from the NYC-MEGAN (the Model of Emissions of Gases and Aerosols from Nature for New York City); (ii) modeled hourly chemical species concentrations from a box model. These model outputs are used for findings presented in the manuscript titled "High-resolution modeling of summertime biogenic isoprene emissions in New York City" by Dandan Wei, Cong Cao, Alexandra Karambelas, John Mak, Andrew Reinmann, and Roisin Commane published in Environmental Science & Technology.

This dataset include (i) hourly isoprene emissions from 30 meter spatial resolution NYC-MEGAN for the month of July, 2018; (ii) modeled future isoprene emissions from the experiments of different future urban greening scenarios; (iii) the box model outputs from the base run; and (iv) the box model outputs from experiments with different isoprene emissions future urban greening scenarios.
