Abstract

This is a dataset of Carnivora FGF genes for studying their evolutionary characteristics. The dataset is in the format of fasta, and contains 1186 FGF gene sequence.

Methods

The sequences were partial downloaded from GenBank and 660 sequences were annotated through the method of local blast.

There are no missing values for this dataset.
