Abstract
This dataset is obtained from a field experiment of intensive GPS (Global Positioning System) boundary layer sounding carried out in Cangzhou (38.3°N, 116.84°E), from 26 November to 26 December 2019. Eight soundings were taken in each day, at 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00 and 23:00 BJT (i.e., UTC + 8). GPS radiosonde (Beijing Changzhi Sci & Tech Co. Ltd., China) was used to obtain profiles of wind, temperature, humidity and PM2.5 mass concentration with a vertical resolution of approximately 3-5 m (1 s interval in time). The ABL height was derived via the bulk Richardson number method.
