Abstract
This dataset includes the original data of the active layer change in the Northern Hemisphere from 2000 to 2018, the Spatial distribution of average soil factor E in permafrost in northern Hemisphere, Theil–Sen median trend spatial distribution of ALT in permafrost in the Northern hemispshere.
