Abstract
This dataset contain genetic variation and multi-annual conopy level spectral responses of 77 Fagus sylvatica individuals from Laegern temperate forest (47°28'N, 8°21'E) population.
Methods
Genetic variation,
FagusGeneticVariation.txt
are membership probabilities to the 5 genetic clusters derived from Bayesian clustering on 5 microsatelite loci.
Spectral responses,
FagusReflectanceyymmdd.txt
are canopy level reflectance data derived from Airborne Prism Experiment (APEX) Airborne Imaging Spectrometer (AIS) acquisitions from:
