Abstract
README: Gut microbiota-derived gamma-aminobutyric acid from metformin treatment reduces hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury by inhibiting ferroptosis
I. Dataset Overview
This dataset contains the original data used in the eLife article, primarily supporting research on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. The dataset comprises various types of data files, including but not limited to text files, image files, and analysis code.
II. File Structure and Naming Convention
Data files are organized into separate folders based on their location in the manuscript, such as "figure 1 data", "figure 2 data", etc.
III. Data Content
Text Data: Contains experimental measurements, statistical results, etc. All the data are put in Excel documents named such as “original data (Figure 1 data)” in the “Figure 1 data” file, etc.
Image Data: Includes experimental images, photomicrographs, etc., stored in TIFF or JPG format.
Acronyms Meaning: ALT and AST refer to glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, MDA represents Malondialdehyde, and GSH stands for Glutathione. All the information could be found in the published paper through the DOI supplied below.
IV. Contact Information
If you encounter any questions or require further information while using this dataset, please contact the corresponding author via the main text published in eLife (DOI: https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.89045).
