NPCs were treated with FNZ, harvested in Day 0, 1, 3, 5, respectively. Then total RNA was extracted with TRIzol. Libraries were prepared using an Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep kit (FC-122-1001, Illumina) following the manufacturer’s instruction. The RNA-seq experiment was performed at Annoroad Gene Technology Co. Ltd. (Beijing, China).
