Abstract
The folder contains the data and scripts used to produce the manuscript: "Long term analysis of social structure: evidence of age-based consistent associations in Alpine ibex" by Alice Brambilla, Achaz von Hardenberg, Claudia Canedoli, Francesca Brivio, Cédric Sueur and Christina R Stanley.
Raw data were collected as described in: "Long term analysis of social structure: evidence of age-based consistent associations in Alpine ibex" by Alice Brambilla, Achaz von Hardenberg, Claudia Canedoli, Francesca Brivio, Cédric Sueur and Christina R Stanley.
Association matrices were built in SOCPROG 2.9 (Whitehead 2009).
