Abstract
This dataset includes three genomic regions, nrITS (ITS1-5.8S–ITS2) and two chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) regions (psbA-trnH and trnL-F) for two Roscoea species R. stenophylla and R. australis (Zingiberaceae).
