Abstract
This data is from a larger 5 year project on person-centered quality for delivery, family planning, and abortion in both India and Kenya. This is the baseline data evaluating Person Centered Care during Family Planning services at Public Facilities in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Methods
This data forms a part of a case-control pair of surveys of clients of family planning counselling guidance from local community health workers in Uttar Pradesh, India. This survey was collected immediately following the clients' first encounter with the community workers.
