If yes, name of file(s) that was updated: i. Why was the file updated? ii. When was the file updated? METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: The data contained in our files is from quantitative real-time PCR that we ran from DNA extractions of skin swabs taken from frogs. Our general method from the manuscript is here: "We sampled frogs for Bd infection weekly. For each frog, we swabbed using a standardized approach, 10 times down each ventral side and five times on each rear foot (Jaeger et al., 2017)" (Waddle et al., 2021). We maintained swab tips frozen until testing. We measured Bd zoospore equivalents per swab (ZE) using qPCR (Boyle et al., 2004). We created qPCR standards of each isolate to standardize quantification (Boyle et al., 2004)." Where no data is available due to prior individual mortaility, we have written "null" Boyle, D.G., Boyle, D.B., Olsen, V., Morgan, J.A.T. and Hyatt, A.D., 2004. Amphibian resistance to chytridiomycosis increases following low‐virulence chytrid fungal infection or drug‐mediated clearance. Journal of Applied Ecology, 58(10), pp.2053-2064. 2. Methods for processing the data: The data presented here is the qPCR output values that have been quantified as Bd zoospore equivalents, using a standard curve of DNA from a known quantity of Bd zoospores. 3. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: The data can be used as is. 4. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: No need for further calibration of the data. 5. Environmental/experimental conditions: "We housed frogs individually in rigid, clear plastic containers with lids (20 cm W × 36 cm L × 12 cm H) containing ~950 ml of aged, dechlorinated tap water. Each container contained a small plastic platform that extended above the water which provided cover and a dry surface area. We transferred frogs weekly along with their platforms to clean (sterilized) containers with fresh water. Frogs were fed ~five juvenile crickets twice weekly; crickets were maintained on commercial cricket food."
