CGSurvivalGen14.csv ReadMe for common garden survival data after 14 generations of experimental evolution following a full factorial design with and without pathogen and with and without sexual selection - +SS +P, -SS +P, +SS -P and -SS +P. Explanation of columns in data sheet - Vial - refers to the ID of the replicate vial under each population of the respective regime. Population - The 4 above-mentioned regimes were nick-named under the "Population" column in the following way - RedPop for +SS +P, Nirvana +SS -P, GreenPop for -SS +P and Pinky for +SS -P. Each regime had three population replicates named as "Nickname" folowed by "P(1/2/3)", for instance NirvanaP1 refers to Population replicate 1 from +SS -P regime. Treatment - refers to whether or not the population under the regime were infected with P. entomophila or sham infected with sucrose solution (refer to methods of the main text). Sex - M refers to male and F refers to females. Columns under 4hours...72hours - refer to count data on the number of deaths post infection or sham infection. Batch - We ran the survival assays in two independent batches (refer to methods section in the main text) i.e. 1 and 2. Survialvial - refers to the number of survivors in each replicate vial of the assay. SS - 1 refers to the presence of high sexual selection and 0 refers to low sexual selection Pathogen - 1 refers to pathogen presence while 0 refers to no sham treatment.
