If proprietary, include open source alternatives. The software is written in R entirely, and the ShinyApp version is available here: https://khushigoda.shinyapps.io/AgMate/. Detailed R code is available at https://github.com/khushigoda/AgMate. ______________________________________________________________ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ############################################################## Description of output file(s): There are 3 sets of output files uploaded. 1) Set of files for MateSel data - Mating List Files - Files are titled Mating_List_Matesel_XXProgeny.csv where XX stands for the number of progeny. These are the output files containing the suggested optimized mating list that came from MateSel Software. The XX is an indication of how many progeny it contains (for eg. 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250). The columns in the file are as follows: A) Candidate ID - ID of the suggested progeny candidate B) Parent1 - ID of the Parent1 of the suggested progeny candidate C) Parent2 - ID of the Parent2 of the suggested progeny candidate D) Index - Estimated Breeding Value (Index) of the suggested progeny candidate 2) Set of files for AgMate data (Case where max use for parents is 8) - Mating List Files - Files are titled Mating_List_AgMate_U8_XXProgeny.csv where XX stands for the number of progeny. These are the output files containing the suggested optimized mating list that came from using our AgMate Software. The XX is an indication of how many progeny it contains (for eg. 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250). The restriction on the MaxUse is 8 - (number of times each parent can be used from the input file) The columns in the file are as follows: A) Candidate ID - ID of the suggested progeny candidate B) Parent1 - ID of the Parent1 of the suggested progeny candidate C) Parent2 - ID of the Parent2 of the suggested progeny candidate D) Index - Estimated Breeding Value (Index) of the suggested progeny candidate 3) Set of files for AgMate data (Case where max use for parents is 1) - Mating List Files - Files are titled Mating_List_AgMate_U1_XXProgeny.csv where XX stands for the number of progeny. The columns in the file are as follows: A) Candidate ID - ID of the possible parent for creating future progeny B) Parent1 - ID of the Parent1 of the candidate C) Parent2 - ID of the Parent2 of the candidate D) Index - Estimated Breeding Value (Index) of the candidate E) MaxUse - Integer value indicating the restriction on number of times each parent can be used to create a possible future progeny ______________________________________________________________ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ##############################################################
