key information for understanding and reuse of our data Revised Manuscript title: Preparation of Hybrid Particles of Silver Nanoparticles and Eggshell Calcium Carbonate and Their Antimicrobial Efficiency Against Beef Extracted Bacteria Manuscript ID: RSOS-221197 Dataset as Excel file The excel file contains 5 windows. I. First four windows illustrate information on the diameter of 200 particles from the precipitated particles as shown below. The Image J software were used to determine particle diameters. 1. Precipitated eggshell calcium carbonate (eCaCO3)prepared at 35 degree C. 2. Silver nanoparticles deposited on precipitated eggshell calcium carbonate (AgNPs/eCaCO3) prepared at 35 degree C. 3. Silver nanoparticles deposited on precipitated eggshell calcium carbonate (AgNPs/eCaCO3) prepared at 25 degree C. 4. Silver nanoparticles deposited on precipitated commercial calcium carbonate (AgNPs/CaCO3) prepared at 25 degree C. II. The fifth window shows the inhibition zone diameters obtained from 250 mg/mL of AgNPs/eCaCO3 and AgNOs/CaCO3 using ImageJ. The particles were prepared at 25 degree C. The digital images of the antimicrobial zone were taken, and the diameters were averaged for the three measurements. The antimicrobial test was performed in triplicate and the average diameter of the inhibition zone with standard deviation was calculated. Electronic Supplement Materials Those provided image files as ESM were obtained from 1. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) using ImageJ for analyzing particle size and size distribution, 2. BET analysis for providing the specific surface area, pore size and pore volume of those four particles 3. Digital image for determining inhibition zone diameter as example.
