The whole dataset include the 20 replicates of simulated longitudinal data under six scenarios in the study "Incorporating single-step strategy into random regression model to enhance genomic prediction of longitudinal trait". Due to the large size of the whole dataset, we split it into 15 packages. The six scenarios simulated were the default scenario (default), scenarios where heritability were 0.1 (h2-0.1) and 0.5 (h2-0.5), scenarios where the number of QTL were 10 (QTL10) and 500 (QTL500), and the scenario where males were selected based on predicted genetic value (non-random-sel). Words in brackets are used in the names of the packages to indicate the scenario. For each scenario, simulated data include the pedigree (ped), generation data (generation), genotypic data (geno), phenotypes (phe) and true genetic value (tbv). For the default scenario, there is additionally genotypic data files (large-refpop-geno) which were consisted of more individuals than the aforementioned genotypic data file. Words in brackets are those appear in file names and are used to indicate the content of the file. Number in the file name was the No. of replicate. More information about the simulation data please refer to the study "Incorporating single-step strategy into random regression model to enhance genomic prediction of longitudinal trait". The following are the formats of different files: In genotypic data file (named geno), each line contains data for one individual. The 1st column is ID, the 2nd and 3rd are alleles for locus 1, the 4th and 5th are alleles for locus 2, and so on. In the study "Incorporating single-step strategy into random regression model to enhance genomic prediction of longitudinal trait" the last 1 000 individuals in genotypic data file were used as testing individuals. The format of pedigree file (named ped) is: ID Father Mother 0. The format of generation file (named generation) is: ID generatioin. In phenotypic file (named phe), the 1st column is ID, the 2nd to 4th are covariates according to Wilmink function, and the last column is the phenotypic value. In true genetic value file (named tbv), the 1st column is ID and the 2nd is the true genetic value for the total of 305 days. Any questions please contact: Huimin Kang, nongdaxiaokang@gmail.com
