GENERAL DESCRIPTION The file contains 3 spreadsheets with informations for the 6 beta-defensin genes sequenced from adult tree swallows, collected during the summer 2013 and 2014. The first spreadsheet contains genetique information using synonymous and non-synonymous SNPs together, whereas the second spreadsheet contains genetic information using non-synonymous SNPs only. Finally, the third spreadsheet contains the SNP composition of alleles that are found in the two previous sheets. DETAILLED DESCRIPTION - BD_avbd_synonymous_non_synonymous and BD_avbd_non_synonymous year: year of data collection, 2013 or 2014 ID: individual ID farm: farm ID, 10 different farms nest: nest ID, 10 different nests per farm fa_nest: combines farm and nest ID argi_lvl: agricultural intensification level, intensive or extensive (non-intensive) MLH: mean locus heterozygosity, calculated from the 6 beta defensin genes haplotype: composition of alleles (see alleles_composition spreadsheet) genotype: letter refering to the type of haplotype heterozygosity: status of heterozygosity - alleles_composition gene: beta defensin gene ID BD_status: different allele catgory depending on SNP composition SNP_composition: combines all SNP together. For example,case C11, A/AA/AC/CA/A is a sequence of an homozygous individual. The first SNP is A-A, the second SNP is A-A, the third SNP is C-C, and the last is A-A. alleles: the two alleles that is deduced from the SNP composition letter: attributed letter from allele composition.
