# Metadata Title: Reduced stress defense responses contribute to the higher toxicity of a pesticide under warming Authors: Vienna Delnat, Janne Swaegers, Jana Asselman & Robby Stoks Journal: Molecular Ecology ## Datasets ### Count files of RNA-seq reads * sampleTableText.txt with information about the sample name, temperature treatment and chlorpyrifos treatment needed to import the count files in R * 36 [SampleName]_quant.sf count files that were imported in R using the R code (see below). However, the quant.sf files all had the same names and were stored separately in a folder with the [SampleName]. These folders were stored in one main folder CountFiles. ### Frequency of the interaction types * InteractionType_Frequency_Additive.txt contains the frequency data for the Fisher's exact test to test whether the frequency of additive effects is concentration-dependent * InteractionType_Frequency_Antagonistic.txt contains the frequency data for the Fisher's exact test to test whether the frequency of antagonistic effects is concentration-dependent * InteractionType_Frequency_Synergistic.txt contains the frequency data for the Fisher's exact test to test whether the frequency of synergisticeffects is concentration-dependent ### Strength of the interaction types * InteractionType_MDR.csv contains the model deviation ratio's of all differentially expressed genes of which the interaction type was determined used to test whether the strength of the interactions are concentration-dependent * InteractionType_MDRofGeneralStressResponse.csv contains the model deviation ratio's of a subset of differentially expressed genes linked to the general stress defence response used to test whether the strength of the interactions are concentration-dependent ## R code * R code is available on https://github.com/viennadelnat/RNAseq-stress-responses ## RNA-seq reads * RNA-seq reads are available on https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA637105/
