Primers - Primer pair used either for the target gene (daf-2) or the reference gene (actin-3). CT - Cycle threshold value from qRT-PCR. RNAi_treatment - Sample was either exposed to daf-2 RNAi from late-L4 larval stage or was an untreated empty vector control. Tech_rep - Technical replicate number (1, 2) indicating a replicate qRT-PCR reaction for the same biological sample, to check repeatability. Control - The well either contained cDNA from a sample (=NA), the non-reversed transcribed RNA (no reverse transcriptase control, NRTC), or nuclease-free water in place of cDNA (negative template control, NTC). qPCR_Plate - The plate number (1, 2 or 3).
