Description of the data and file structure
This dataset contains raw OCT images, tracked features as calculated by the DeepLabCut package, and processed features after temporal segmentation.

All code written in Python. Requires pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scipy, pickle, opencv, and seaborn packages.
Human subjects data
Participants provided written consent to publish the recorded data, which are high-resolution images of small sections of their fingertip. Individual participants cannot be identified from the data gathered.
