Abstract
Fungal plant pathogen Botrytis cinerea affects a variety of important agricultural systems, including greenhouse production. Seven isolates of B. cinerea were whole-genome sequenced to provide an additional resource providing insight regarding host specificity, fungicide resistance, and geographic relatedness in pathogen populations. Fasta files of each genome assembly, raw reads (fastq), and more information can be found under NCBI BioProject PRJNA984325. Annotation data is included here.
