Abstract
Obesity and sarcopenia are known to influence metabolims, but there is a lack of studies investigating their effects canine metabolism. We utilised generalised linear models to study how body condition and muscle condition affect serum concentrations of 119 metabolite measurands in over 187 pet dogs. This dataset contains input files and code for the analyses.

Description: Includes all codes utilised to analyse the data.

Description: Includes the physiological information and metabolite concentrations of dogs. This file is needed to run the analyses.

Code/software
