This dataset correspond to an in vitro test conducted at the Phytotechnique Laboratory of “La Rábida” Campus (37°12’32.3980”N, 6°55’09.9948”W) to evaluate the germination of Loch Ness blackberry seeds. Seeds were treated or untreated with an 80 mT SMF for 24 h and subjected to different CS periods (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, or 75 days). The experiment took place under laboratory conditions (room temperature: 20 ± 4 ºC, relative humidity: 36 ± 6%, natural light) from September 10, 2023, to March 26, 2024.
