Hand-collected soil CO2 and O2 from soil gas wells at the Susquehanna Shale Hills CZO. These data were collected from the Shale Hills (SPVF, SPMS, SPRT, NPMS sites) and the Garner Run (LRVF, LRMS, LRRT, TMMS sites) watersheds. Data were collected from the valley floors (SPVF, LRVF), south midslopes (SPMS, LRMS), north midslopes (NPMS, TMMS), and ridgetops (SPRT, LRRT) and analyzed using methods detailed in Hodges et al., 2019.
