Abstract
This dataset contains the source data supporting the article entitled Targeting arrhythmogenic late sodium current by FHF1A-derivative FixR in heart failure cardiomyocytes. The dataset supports the key findings that the fibroblast growth factor homologous factor 1A (FHF1A)-derivative FixR is a potent and selective inhibitor of arrhythmogenic late Na+ current (INa, L) in translational animal models of heart failure (HF). Transcriptomic analysis, electrophysiology (action potentials and ionic currents), morphometry, echocardiography, and electrocardiogram (ECG) data are included in separate Excel sheets with individual cell data and group statistics. The dataset is structured to follow the sequence of data presented in the Figures in the article and to ease the navigation between the uploaded data files.
