Abstract
These VCF files, generated from RADseq data, contain the filtered SNP variants used in the population genomic analyses presented in the associated manuscript. The dataset includes genotypes from diploid Cardamine apennina, allotetraploid C. amporitana, and their naturally occurring allotriploid hybrids sampled from multiple populations in the central Apennines, Italy. Sample identifiers correspond to those reported in the supplementary material of the manuscript.

Description of the data and file structure
These VCF files, generated from RADseq data, contain the filtered SNP variants used in the population genomic analyses presented in the associated manuscript. The dataset includes genotypes from diploid Cardamine apennina, allotetraploid C. amporitana, and their naturally occurring allotriploid hybrids sampled from multiple populations in the central Apennines, Italy. The plastome dataset additionally includes five individuals of C. serbica as an outgroup. Sample identifiers correspond to those reported in the supplementary material of the manuscript.
