Abstract
Patients' demography, clinical data, serum IgG-Fc glycan profiles, and cytokine profiles ar baseline and week 48 after treatment.
Clinical data were obtained from Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. Serum IgG-Fc glycan profiles were analyzed using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Cytokine levels in serum were measured using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
Fibrosis score and platelet count had missing data.
