Abstract
This dataset contains whole-genome variant call format (VCF) files for the puma (Puma concolor) across multiple populations in the Americas. The dataset includes individuals from Florida panthers sampled primarily after the well-documented translocation and genetic rescue event, as well as publicly available genomes from wild populations in California, Texas, Yellowstone, and Brazil.
