Abstract
Biogeochemical parameters were monitored over the course of multiple seasons in the Keweenaw Waterway, a Lake Superior connected channel in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Sample collection was conducted weekly during winter and at longer intervals during summer and shoulder seasons.
Dataset DOI: 10.5061/dryad.m37pvmdfr
Description of the data and file structure
Water samples were collected from 1 meter below the surface of the water, or bottom of the ice, using a peristaltic pump.
