Abstract
Output files of trRosetta and RaptorX analyses of selected insect Odorant Receptors (ORs) and Gustatory Receptors (GRs), other animal GR-like (GRL) proteins, unicellular eukaryotic GRL candidates and plant DUF3537 proteins. For each query, the results of a Dali full PDB search with the top model are included within the corresponding subfolder.
In the trRosetta datasets, the .npz files - which containing the predicted inter-residue geometries - can be opened with NumPy.
