Abstract

This dataset includes quantification of levels of p62, ubiquitin, LC3, p62-ubiquitin colocalization, and/or p62-GFP(LC3) colocalization in neurons or astrocytes under the following paradigms: (1) Lysosomal damage induced with LLOMe treatment (Fig. 1E-G’, S2A in associated manuscript), (2) Pharmacological reduction of ubiquitination with TAK-243 prior to LLOMe treatment (Fig. 2C-D’), (3) 30-minute starvation in Earle’s Balanced Salt Solution (EBSS; Fig. 3B-D’; S2B-C), (4) 4-hour starvation in EBSS (Fig. S2D-E, S3), (5) Pharmacological reduction of ubiquitination with TAK-243 prior to 30 minutes of EBSS starvation (Fig. 4C-D’, S2F-G, S4). Data are provided as .csv files for all figures for broad accessibility. Files are organized by figure number. All experimental data were generated using cocultures of primary mouse astrocytes and neurons; procedures were performed under IACUC-approved protocols. No restrictions apply to data reuse. These data enable independent verification of statistical analyses.
