Title Indo-Pacific mtDNA database 2019_01_08
Downloaded 6 times
Description This is the full database that we used in the paper. Sequence data are contained in the "sequence" field, and are aligned within each species. The bioregion that each sample fell into under the various regionalizations are in columns named for that regionalization. Most other columns are self explanatory, or are defined as part of DarwinCore: https://dwc.tdwg.org/terms/. All of these data and metadata are also available in GeOMe -https://geome-db.org
