Description These data were analyzed as a part of the following publicaiton: " The landscape of transposable elements and satellite DNAs in the genome of a dioecious plant spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.)" A separate fasta file is available in Dryad. Each sequence in the file represents a full-length TE analyis using the methods described in the paper. The header for each sequence includes a title followed by the annotation for that particular element.
